There are no hotels on Watauga Lake. To vacation on or near Watauga Lake you must rent a house. Luckily, there are a wide variety of rental cabins and houses to choose from.

These cabins are next door to both the Lakeshore Marina and the Captain's Table Restaurant. They have beautiful views and are very reasonably priced for the area. Although Watauga Lake water is quite warm for swimming in the summer, there is a swimming pool.
